This problem can be easily fixed by getting a paper clip or something similar pointy and poking and wiggling a bit in the three holes next to the needle that pokes in the K-cup.Keurig said it not repairable. 2ys later I don't know if you still have it but figured out what's wrong with them after a power surge. It blows to capacitors out. Its more than fixable. I fixed mine after its power surge screen blinking with 2 solenoids clicking. Set your Keurig to the largest brew size, ensuring that no K Cup is inside the holder. Run the largest brew size.
